    Will I have complete ownership of the website you develop?

    Absolutely, it’s yours with 100% ownership rights from the website login details, domain registration and web hosting.

    There are plenty of Perth web design companies that will build you a website. But not all of them will give you full administrative access and ownership to your website.

    What a lot of these companies like to do is to keep you trapped, giving you extremely limited access to your website and charging ridiculous amounts of money to make slight changes or install plugins.

    How involved in the web design process do I have to be?

    Once we’ve gotten to understand you business, and gotten any image/video assets that you may have – we can take it from there.

    We’ll develop a stunning design that’s designed to sell, complete with copywriting and imagery.

    We run the concepts by you for your feedback, changes and approval before the design goes into development – so you will know exactly what the website is going to look like before the first line of code is written.

    Will my website design be customised to my business?

    Yes, your website design will always be completely unique as it needs to be tailored to what your target market needs to see and read.

    Not only will it be unique, but we look at your competitors to make sure that we produce something that stands out and is more visually appealing than their websites are.

    Will the website look good on mobile devices?

    Absolutely. All websites designed by Harmonised Marketing will be responsive and will collapse from a desktop size to a mobile phone size beautifully.

    Will my new website help with SEO?

    Nearly a decade of SEO experience goes into every website design project as standard.

    Full keyword research, copywriting and structure planning is conducted before any website is designed to ensure that each website is more than just SEO-ready at launch.

    However, that does not guarantee that your website will appear on page 1 of Google for relevant keywords upon launch. That depends largely on how competitive your industry is.

    For example, if you’re a lawyer you cannot expect fresh business and website to rank, straight out of the box, amongst established law firms who have large branded search volumes and have been performing SEO for years.

    What we often see is our websites launching strong, and then continuing to climb up the Search Engine Results Page (SERP) over time.

    For the first 6 months of your website being launched, we will track where you website sits for a range of relevant keywords in Google to maintain visibility over the effectiveness of the SEO work that was performed in your website design.

    How will I know if my website is generating leads after it launched?

    From launch, every website has trackers for all clicks on telephone links, mailto (email) links, and all contact form completions are tracked, too.

    This is standard on your new website, whether you continue with digital marketing services through Harmonised Marketing after the launch or not.

    Will I be able to update the website myself?

    Yes, you will.  We use the WordPress CMS (content management system) to allow you easy access to the website’s content to make changes.

    Furthermore, we make sure that we develop these websites with ease of use in mind. That means one place to update your phone number and email address site-wide. As well as making any repreated sections of content editable in one place, so making updates to your website takes significantly less time.

    Is there any after-sales support or warranty?

    Once we’ve finished desinging your website, launched it and tested everything – we’re still around to help.

    We offer an industry leading 3-year warranty. So if there are any issues with the website (for example, your host updates their php version), we’ll be there to make sure everything is working seamlessly.

    This warranty is only void if you or another provider start working in unauthorised areas of the website (editing the source code, for example). But we provide the training needed to know how to update the website without any issues or stumbling upon those areas of the admin panel where you could do some damage.
