The challenge

Solar You is one of the few companies that provide an honest, no-salesman, direct to electrician experience in the Solar Power industry.

In a highly competitive industry, Harmonised Marketing was tasked with the job of getting Solar You online exposure and enquiries within budget.

The assessment

We had to create a stunning, impactful and trustworthy web experience that made Solar You seem like the obvious choice amongst a sea of sleazy sales tactics.

The honest from prices and competitive prices would then further assist to create an extremely compelling sales pitch.

We knew that the SEO side of things was going to be extremely difficult and require a lot of time and investment – so we’d need to be a bit more clever and take an indirect approach to that side of the project.

The approach

We created a slick, minimalist but exciting brand identity that would be memorable and stand out amongst a sea of look-alike companies.

The web presence came with a similar energy – making Solar work for you. With a continued emphasis on a direct-to-electricain experience that’s free from the industry standards of pushy salesmen and sneaky finance plans.

We also created a range of blogs that further aimed to educate the public in a way that other companies simply wouldn’t, targeting questions that people typically ask knowing that that was our best chance at generating organic traffic, presenting appealing solutions and winning jobs.

Upon launch

We launched the website and acquired traffic through a Google Ads campaign which produced immediate, high-value enquiries.

The results

Solar You is busier than they have ever been and have had to cease advertising temporarily in order to catch up on the work.

They are also now enjoying the good problem of having even more work being generated through word-of-mouth, as every customer they service is extremely satisfied with the products, the installation and the price that they got it for.
