The challenge

When Shutter Co WA came to Harmonised Marketing, they were paying too much per lead and seeing very little return from years of SEO investment. Despite ongoing spend, their website wasn’t ranking strongly for high-intent, sales-driven keywords — and the enquiries coming through weren’t always the right fit. The marketing activity was there, but it wasn’t harmonised to their target market.

The approach

We rebuilt their digital presence from the ground up with a sales-focused website structured around buyer intent, clear service segmentation and strong commercial SEO foundations.

The results

After launch, rankings improved across key search terms, lead volume increased and the quality of enquiries lifted significantly — all while reducing cost per lead.

We have also seen a significant increase in conversion rates in their Google Ads campaign and the business has also reported a noticeable change in the quality of enquiries that are coming in, compared to their previous website.
