The challenge

Quality Air Solutions is a proud, long-standing family business built on reputation, reliability, and word of mouth. For years, steady work meant there was little need to focus on digital marketing — but as the industry grew more competitive, that lack of online presence began to limit growth.

The assessment

Not only was Quality Air Solutions’ web presence ready for a refresh, the brand itself needed to catch up too.

his was a professional, well-run business with high standards. After meeting the business owners and seeing the pride they take in every part of the company, from their office and vehicles through to the way they look after their staff, it was clear the existing brand identity did not properly reflect who they are.

The approach

We developed a new brand identity for Quality Air Solutions that felt simple and approachable, while still presenting the business as trustworthy, reliable and capable alongside some of the biggest air conditioning companies in Perth.

That refreshed look was then rolled out across a clean, modern website designed with the next stage of the marketing strategy in mind. Rather than simply looking better, the new website gave the business a stronger platform for future campaigns, clearer service messaging and a more professional first impression for new customers.

Upon launch

Having launched the campaign during Winter, when enquiries for air conditioning installations are typically much lower, the expectations were not high.

Yet, the new brand, website and marketing strategy helped generate so much new business that Quality Air Solutions remained just as busy throughout Winter with ducted air conditioning installations as they had been during the previous Summer.

The results

Because of the strength of the new brand, Quality Air Solutions are now able to make the most of their brand equity during the high-demand summer months, when enquiries are naturally at their strongest.

Then, as the busy season starts to slow down, we have a reliable advertising campaign ready to switch on. This allows us to generate fresh enquiries, keep ducted installation work moving, and help keep the business topped up through the colder months.

We recently worked with Harmonised Marketing to build a new website, and do a company rebrand for Quality Air Solutions and the result was outstanding!!
